Use the front end of our Herb Mincer as a scraper to gather herbs into a pile, then chop with its stainless steel blades. A soft, non-slip grip keeps hands away from blades while cutting. Opens partially so you can wipe the blades off. Separates completely into 2 pieces for easy cleaning. Stainless steel blade 4.75” x 1.75” x 3.5”
